Šis Lietotāja līgums (turpmāk - Līgums) regulē attiecības starp pakalpojuma īpašnieku (turpmāk Mobiefun), no vienas puses, un pakalpojuma lietotāju (turpmāk Lietotājs) no otras puses. Izmantojot Mobiefun pakalpojumu, Lietotājs piekrīt šī līguma noteikumiem, ja Lietotājs nepiekrīt šī Līguma noteikumiem, Lietotājs aicināts neizmantot Mobiefun pakalpojumu. Mobiefun maksas pierakstīšanas pakalpojumi ir pieejami tikai pilngadīgajiem Latvijas pilsoņiem vai nerezidentiem, kuri ir iegādājušies mobilos pakalpojumus Latvijā. Mobiefun ir maksas pierakstīšanas pakalpojums. Pakalpojuma maksa ir 2.99 EUR (ar PVN) par 7 dienām. S ziņa par pierakstīšanās pakalpojuma pagarināšanu tiek nosūtīta automātiski uz Lietotāja numuru. Pierakstīšanās līgums un abonēšanas termiņi tiek atjaunoti reizi septiņās dienās, un jaunajā pierakstīšanās termiņā ir jāiemaksā kārtējā pierakstīšanās abonentmaksa. Pierakstīšanās distances līgums ir spēkā esošs līdz tam brīdim, kad to aptur vai atceļ pakalpojuma pircējs vai Mobiefun.

Lietotājam ir tiesības jebkurā laikā atteikties no pierakstīšanās Līguma. Lai to veiktu, Lietotājam uz numuru 1881 ir jānosūta īsziņa (sms) STOP SF (var tikts piemērots standarta tarifs). Nosūtot šādu sms, Lietotājs atteiksies no Mobiefun piedāvātā pierakstīšanās pakalpojuma. Piekļuve Mobiefun pakalpojumam lietotājam tiek nodrošināta tikai ar aktīvu pierakstīšanās pakalpojumu. Izmantojot Mobiefun pakalpojumu, Lietotājs piekrīt šī līguma noteikumiem: Lietotājs izmantojot Mobiefun maksas pierakstīšanas pakalpojumu pēc brīvas gribas un savu atbildību.

Ja Lietotājs nezināmu iemeslu dēļ atsakās no pakalpojuma (pārtrauc) pierakstīšanās pakalpojumu, Mobiefun neatgriež nekādus finanšu līdzekļus.

Lietotājs uzņemas visus riskus, kas saistīti ar Mobiefun maksas pierakstīšanas pakalpojuma lietošanu,

Lietotājs piekrīt un uzņemas atbildību, ka viņš nekad un ne pie kādiem apstākļiem neizmantos sniegtos materiālus nekādiem komerciāliem vai citu labumu mērķiem.

Ja kādu nezināmu iemeslu dēļ (tajā skaitā "force majeure") pakalpojums nefunkcionē, kā tam pienāktos, Mobiefun patur sev tiesības apturēt, vai aizturēt pakalpojumu, līdz situācijas labošanai. Lietotājs piekrīt, ka apturot viņa pielaidi vietnes pakalpojumiem saskaņā ar jebkuriem pārkāpumiem, ir Mobiefun tiesīgs aizliegt abonentam pielaidi pakalpojuma materiāliem arī turpmāk (pierakstīšanās atjaunošanas iespēja). Ja Lietotājs nezināmu iemeslu dēļ atsakās no pakalpojuma (pārtrauc) pierakstīšanās Šo nosacījumu un noteikumu kopums ir uzskatāma par pušu savstarpēji noslēgtā sabiedrības pakalpojuma distances līguma noteikumiem, kuri netiek saglabāti, bet, kuriem ir informatīva forma pirms pakalpojuma saņemšanas. Noteikumi abām pusēm ir saistoši un stājās spēkā šādā redakcijā brīdī, kad klients ir atzīmējis lauku, kur piekrīt noteikumiem un ir veicis pakalpojuma pasūtījumu un ir spēkā esošs līdz brīdim, kamēr beidzas dotā pakalpojuma vai servisa darbības termiņš. Lai saņemtu pieprasīto piekļuvi, vietnes pakalpojuma ņēmējs veic tā servisa samaksu saskaņā ar uzrādīto cenrādi, kas ir uzrādīta ieskaitot visus, patreizējos nodokļu maksājumus. Uz augstāk minēto servisu attiecas Latvijas noteikumi par distances līgumu. Pakalpojuma saņēmējam nav tiesības atteikties no pakalpojuma, saistībā ar pierakstīšanās pakalpojuma lietošanas īpatnībām un kuras padara atteikšanās tiesības par.

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) regulates the relationship between the service owner (hereinafter referred to as Mobiefun) on the one hand and the service user (hereinafter referred to as the user) on the other. By using the Mobiefun service, the user agrees to the terms of this agreement, if the user does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, the user is invited not to use the Mobiefun service. Mobiefun fee signing services are available only to adult Latvian citizens or non-residents who have purchased mobile services in Latvia. Mobiefun is a paid sign-up service. The service fee is 2.99 EUR (VAT included) for 7 days. A message about the extension of the sign-in service is sent automatically to the user's number. The sign-in agreement and subscription terms are renewed every seven days and the new sign-in period requires the payment of the current sign-in subscription fee. The sign-up distance Agreement shall be valid until it is suspended or cancelled by the buyer of the service or Mobiefun.

The user has the right to withdraw from the sign-in agreement at any time. To perform it, the user needs to send an SMS message (sms) to the number 1881 STOP SF (the standard tariff can be applied). By sending such sms, the user will refuse the sign-in service offered by Mobiefun. Access to the Mobiefun service is provided to the user only with an active sign-in service. By using the Mobiefun service, the user agrees to the terms of this agreement: the user is using the Mobiefun fee signing service at his own free will and at his own responsibility.

If the user for unknown reasons refuses the service (terminates) the sign-in service, Mobiefun does not return any financial means.

Mobiefun does not bear any legal or material liability for any damages or damages (including direct, unforeseen or consequential damages, lost profits and other risks, even if Mobiefun was warned of the possibility of such damages).

The user assumes all the risks associated with the use of the Mobiefun fee signing service,

The user agrees and assumes responsibility that he will never and under any circumstances not use the materials provided for any commercial or other benefit purposes.

If, for unknown reasons (including "force majeure"), the service does not function as it should, Mobiefun reserves the right to suspend or detain the service until the situation is corrected. The user agrees that by suspending his / her admission to the services of the site in accordance with any violations, Mobiefun is entitled to prohibit the subscriber's admission to the materials of the service in the future (possibility of renewal of sign-in). If the user for unknown reasons refuses the service (terminates) sign - in, this set of conditions and Terms shall be considered as the terms of the company's service distance agreement concluded between the parties, which are not retained, but which have an informative form prior to receipt of the service. The terms and conditions are binding on both parties and entered into force in this version at the moment when the customer has marked the field where he agrees to the terms and has made the service order and is valid until the expiration of the service or service. In order to obtain the requested access, the site service taker shall pay the service according to the presented price list, which is shown including all current tax payments. The above Service is subject to Latvian regulations on distance contract. The recipient of the service does not have the right to refuse the service in connection with the peculiarities of the use of the sign-in service and which makes the right of withdrawal.
